The first ornament came in snapped at the neck. The CS team replaced it and the replacement, while having some light bubbling on the plastic coating, looks good once you stash it on a tree.

When I saw the Homer Hedge Christmas ornament, I knew I had to get three. It looks great on the tree.
It should be noted that the ornament is fragile, specifically around the neck area. One of my three broke during shipment but I contacted the seller and they promptly shipped a replacement. I was very happy with purchase.
