Returns & exchanges

By placing an order on the HomerWear.com store, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the following policy.

Returns / Refunds:

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of arrival. If 14 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If a customer reports a defective or broken product, they will need to send photos of any defects they claim to have on the products to the site's customer service email address. After receiving the photos, our customer service will forward them on file to the operations team, who will confirm if the customer's claim is correct. If the customer requests a refund, within 14 days of receiving the order, we will refund them. If the customer requests a return, we will contact the operations team, have that customer send a return label, and once we have received confirmation of their return, we will send them another product as soon as possible.

Terms and conditions:

We accept return for products which we have shipped and if the item is defective due to an error on our part (for example, a wrong item or a damaged item). The item (s) must be returned with proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please note that due to customs regulations, returns for orders under $50 are not possible. Additionally, returns are only accepted if the item was shipped using a priority shipping line. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We inform you that you have to pay the return shipping cost. No prepaid shipping label.

Refunds:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take a while for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some time (2-5 business days) for a refund to be issued.

Cancel the order:

You can only cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase on the same day. Please note that management, processing, and transaction fees (30% of the total value of your order) will be applied for the cancellation.

We only issue a refund and authorize the return if the customer has met the conditions mentioned above.
