Lost / stolen package:
The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. So we cover any exceptional delay or even loss in transit and offer free reshipment or refund.
If the order does not arrive at its destination and is delayed at a local post office, customers are required to contact the carrier before receiving a refund for reshipment.
If you entered the wrong shipping information, you may not be eligible for reshipment or a refund.
